UGASEWA is a charity organisation run by Indians living & working in Uganda, East Africa. It started its charity service since 1994 and registered in Uganda. UGASEWA is well known for the past 18 years for its excellent service by providing financial assistance for Medical, Education and Self employment to the needy poor people in both Uganda and India.
We provide best leading medicle service. Uga SEWA gained goodwill among the public both in Uganda and India for its extensive support by providing releif funds to the victims of tsunami and gujarat earth quake in 2002 as well as in Uganda for Orphan children relief programs in various occasions.

நமது மருத்துவமனையில் 52 வயது பெண்மணி கடந்த 2 வருட காலமாக முட்டு வலியால் அவதிப்பட்டு, கடுமையான வலியின் காரணமாக நடக்க முடியாமல் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டார். அவரை பரிசோதித்து பார்த்ததில் முழங்கால் முட்டு தேய்மானம் அடைந்திருப்பதையும் முட்டு மாற்று அறுவை சிகிச்சை மூலம் செயற்கை முட்டை மாற்றுவதே சிறந்தது என நமது மருத்துவமனை எலும்பியல் அறுவை சிகிச்சை நிபுணர் Dr. Rashipkhan MS Ortho அவர்கள் கூறினார்.
இன்று (21-06-2024) அந்த பெண்மணிக்கு Dr. Rashipkhan தலைமையில் சேதமடைந்த குருத்தெழும்பு மற்றும் எலும்பை அகற்றி செயற்கை முழங்கால் முட்டை வெற்றிகரமாக பொருத்தினர்.
அந்த பெண்மணி தற்போது நலமுடன் உள்ளார்.
எங்கள் மருத்துவமனையில் 21 வயது இளைஞர் இடது கை மற்றும் நரம்பு செயல் இழந்து உணர்ச்சி இல்லாத நிலையில் மருத்துவமனையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டார். அந்த இளைஞருக்கு 6 மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பு நடந்த விபத்தின் காரணமாக இடது கை மற்றும் தோள்பட்டை நரம்பு பாதிப்பு (Global Brachial Ptexus Palsy) ஏற்பட்டு இரத்த ஓட்டம் இல்லாமல் இருந்தது . மருத்துவர் MRI scan எடுத்து பரிசோதனை செய்து பார்த்ததில் நரம்பு மாற்று அறுவை சிகிச்சை (Nerve Transfer Surgery ) செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று கூறினார்.
அந்த இளைஞருக்கு கடந்த 11-01-2024 அன்று Dr . Dalton Johnrose , FRCS (Trauma and Ortho. Ortho Hand and Microvascular Surgeon) & Dr. Rashipkhan M.S. Ortho தலைமையில் நடந்த அறுவைசிகிட்சையில், கால் பகுதியில் இருந்து நரம்பு எடுத்து இடது கையில் வைத்து நரம்பு மாற்று நரம்புமாற்று அறுவை சிகிச்சை (Nerve Transfer) வெற்றிகரமாக நடந்தேறியது.
தற்போது அந்த இளைஞர் முற்றிலும் குணமாகி நலமுடன் உள்ளார்.
